ABOUT ACT ONE BEGINNERS
Unlock your potential with Act One Beginners!
Founded in 2019 by Principal Leanne Wharf and her husband Greg, Act One Beginners is a Performing Arts School, based in Burnley, for students aged 3–18. We provide professional training in acting, singing, and dancing, while helping young people build essential life skills – from communication and teamwork, to confidence that lasts a lifetime.
Whether you’re stepping onto the stage for the first time or already performing with experience, you’ll find a welcoming home in our Act One family. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive environment where every student encourages each other’s growth and celebrates success together.
